A massive rear deck off the main level of the Cottage features a BBQ and outdoor dining. Don’t stop there this property has a Muskoka Room where you can curl up with a book, enjoy the space that brings the outdoors in or gather the family and friends when the day turns to night and bask in the surroundings. There is a fire pit on the rear of the property to continue the camp fire traditions and to take in the Muskoka Northern Stars.
Centrally located to many amenities, only 10 minutes away to Deerhurst Resort, Hidden Valley Ski & Snowboard Area. 4 minutes away from Dwight Beach Lake of Bays and 10 minutes to Dorset. 20 minutes to Algonquin Park, Limberlost Reserve and Arrowhead Park. For bigger in town shopping, movie theaters and box stores are only 10 minutes in Huntsville. Surrounded by Biking, Hiking, Snowmobile, Snowshoe Trails, Golf Courses, Ski Slopes, and Wildlife Sightings. This Cottage is the perfect escape you need for all year round activities.
Cottage Interior
This cottage offer a 5 bedrooms fully furnished accommodation with 4 bathrooms. It is equipped with wifi, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen is a fully stocked chefs kitchen that includes a dishwasher, high-end appliances, and an island. The dining room is an open-concept dining room with seating for 8-10, and additional seating on the kitchen island . An open concept great room has timber wood faux beam high ceilings, and comes with ample seating, chairs, and a gas fireplace. There is screened-in Muskoka room for daytime and nighttime with a seating area and table. Recreation Area is spacious for guests to hang out. Smart TV, comes with ample seating, and additional game area.
Guest Access
The property is yours to enjoy. You’ll have access to the entire cottage, and the property. Except garage, utility room, stream behind property and attic is off limits to guests. The 3 Season Muskoka Room is not available from Thanksgiving- Victoria Day Weekend. Outdoor furniture is not out from Thanksgiving- Victoria Day Weekend.
5 Bedrooms
Five bedrooms to accommodate a maximum of 12 guests include a master with ensuite on the main floor, one bedroom and loft on the upper floor and two bedrooms on the lower level. They are fully furnished and have spacious closets. Extra bedroom linen provided for the convenience of the guests.
4 Bathrooms
The cottage features four bathrooms with hot and cold running water which include a powder room and master bedroom ensuite on the main floor, one full bathroom on the upper floor and on full bathroom on the lower level. The bathrooms are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and extra bathroom linen. Cleaning products are also provided.
Laundry Facility
Laundry is available at the cottage for guests with a large washer and dryer. Laundry detergent, electric iron and ironing board is provided for your convenience.
Kitchen & Dining
Well equipped kitchen with an island, includes high-end appliances, crockery and cutlery. Dining room is open-concept with seating for 8-10, and additional seating on the kitchen island .
5 Car Parking
The property features a large free parking space for five cars. R/V and other large camping vehicles are not allowed on the property. Access to garage is not available for guests.
